Does running a power tool intimidate you? THIS is the class for you! You will not make a project, but you will get instruction and hands-on practice with a variety of power tools to increase your confidence. This class is offered on an ongoing basis both on weekends and weeknights. You do NOT need to attend Power Tools 1 before attending Power Tools 2.
Power Tools 1:
Designed to give you confidence on our recommended "homeowner set of tools", this class will teach safety and function on tools that you can (and may already!) own for your own place of residence. Upon completing this class, you will have the confidence to safely operate the tool for your own DIY projects.

Miter saw
Power Drill (Weekends only)
Power Tools 2:
Part 2 includes tools that not every homeowner may want or need, but are great tools for a budding woodworker.
Tools we will be teaching include:
Table Saw
Router Table
Handheld router
Drill Press (Weekends only)
All supplies, tools, and safety equipment will be provided for you. Please ensure to wear closed-toed shoes, limited to no jewelry, and clothing that will not catch in any of the power tools.

We can offer a full refund up to 7 days before the class. We can issue a transfer of registration if you cancel up to 3 days prior to the class. There are no refunds within the day cutoff and no transfers of registration within the 3 day cutoff.
