*Pass a background check
*Commit to a workshop time that fits your schedule
*Attend volunteer trainings to hone your skills both in woodworking and mentorship.

"I love that it gives me the opportunity to share my passion for woodworking and guide these young kids. The look of pride on the kids' faces when they take home something they built is priceless. I can't think of a better way to spend my Friday evening than volunteering at BCW!" --Gayatri, volunteer with our Friday Drop-In Class
