Community Shop Hours
The Bull City Woodshop offers its tools and space for use when classes are not taking place.
Tools available for use:
1 Saw Stop Table Saw
3 additional Table Saws
3 Planers (12-13" wide)
3 Jointers (6" wide)
4 Miter Saws
2 Router Tables
6 Bandsaws with a variety of blade options
4 Drill Presses
2 Mortisers
2 Lathes
2 Scroll Saws
Laser Engraver
Sanding room with belt sanders, disc sanders, spindle sanders, palm sanders, and a unique hand made belt sander. This room is also outfitted with downdraft tables and air filtration units.
Other tools include power drills, circular saws, jigsaws, biscuit jointers, Kreg pocket hole systems, hand planes, chisels, rasps, files, wood burners, and much more!
Daily Use
Need to make a few quick cuts or just want to use the shop on an as needed basis? You can purchase allotments of time in half day or full day segments.
Choose between a half day (4 hours for $40) or a full day (8 hours for $80). Time cannot be split between multiple days.
You are required to receive a one-time orientation of the shop as well as a one-time hands-on proficiency check on the tools prior to starting your hours. Both the orientation and the tool proficiency checks are 1 hour in length and cost $30 to attend. Please visit the link below to schedule and pay.
Monthly Use
Have multiple projects in mind? Want to use the space on an ongoing basis?
We offer a 6-month membership plan at $100 per month. The plan will automatically renew after 6 months unless a written cancellation notice is sent to bullcitywoodshop@gmail.com.
